Weekly Run Club

Local to Colac

Every Thursday morning at 6:30am, Jenna leads a local run in Colac (usually down to the lake). Join this community of runners for a social run and start your morning the right way. 

This is a free initiative to promote health & fitness in the Colac-Otway Region.

Training Groups

Learn to Run with like-minded people

Group training allows individuals to learn to run in a fun and informative environment, forming a Tight Knit community of new runners. These 10-week training programs are run throughout the year with intake announced via socials. To be notified of new groups, sign up to the Newsletter using the form above!
